1. Choose the edition. Each product page says which PC or server it fits and how many devices it covers. License type is there too: Retail moves, OEM stays with one PC.
2. Pay at checkout. Enter the email address where the key should go. Guest checkout is the default, so there’s no password to create.
3. Open the email. The key, the official download link and short activation steps arrive together, usually within a few minutes.
4. Activate. Enter the key in the product, and Microsoft confirms the license online.

Installing and activating

Install from the official Microsoft link in your order email. Then enter the key. The license activates online, directly with Microsoft.

Windows 11 and Windows 10 keys

Choose Windows 11 for any current PC. Home covers everyday use. Pro adds four things:

• BitLocker drive encryption.
• Remote Desktop host.
• Hyper-V.

Say you already run Windows 11 Home. A Pro key upgrades the same installation in place. No reinstall, and your apps and files stay where they are.

Microsoft Office keys without a subscription

Microsoft Office keys are one-time purchases. Pay once and keep the apps, with no monthly subscription.

Windows Server licenses for business

For businesses we offer Windows Server 2012 to 2025 in Standard, Datacenter and Essentials editions. Remote Desktop Services CALs and SQL Server too. For a new deployment, Windows Server 2022 or 2025 is usually the right pick.

How Microsoft activation works

A short online check with Microsoft. You enter the key. The software contacts the Microsoft activation servers. The license is confirmed within a minute or two. After that the product stays activated and keeps receiving official updates. Nothing to renew, no extra tool to run.

• A wrong edition installed.

Retail and OEM licenses
