Biography
Mark William Daelin was born on March 12, 1989, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Growing up in a coastal New England town, he developed an early fascination with computers when his father, a local high school physics teacher, brought home one of the school’s first IBM PCs for summer maintenance.
After graduating from Portsmouth High School in 2007, Mark attended Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Professional Writing (2007-2011). During his undergraduate years, he was an active member of the university’s Computer Science Club and served as editor of the student technology newsletter “Tech Pulse.”
Following his undergraduate studies, Mark pursued further education at the University of Rhode Island, completing his Master’s in Digital Innovation and Communication (2011-2013). His master’s thesis focused on the evolution of software distribution models in the digital age, a topic that would later become central to his professional expertise.

Mark began his professional journey at Atlantic Software Solutions in Boston, where he worked as a Software Implementation Specialist.
